It is one of the most unthinkable things to hear someone say to you, "You need to just get past it." The truth is you need to journey through your pains and your grief. When we allow ourselves to experience the stages of grief, we come out on the other side a stronger person. We become people who are able to walk with others who experience what we did in a way others can't.
